Moving house with Sky Broadband

I'm considering signing up to Sky Broadband and Talk, but will be moving in about six months, so want to factor moving costs into my decision. I've chatted with a couple of Sky online advisers, but don't feel confident in what they tell me.

Both properties are on the same exchange, where Sky has LLU. Online quote as a new customer at either address gives setup fee of £15 (customer adviser told me it has gone up today from £10 but £5 of it will be refunded onto first bill).

I haven't been able to get a clear answer as to whether the move will cost another £15 or, as I was told today, £39, nor whether I'd be committed to a new 12 month contract after moving. Anyone know, please?

Home moves are normally FOC (assuming an active line at the new property) but this invariably starts you on a new 12m contract, which is perfectly reasonable.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
