I never do it at work! I tend not to need to though so at least I'm not holding it in all day. If I were desperate I guess I would use the work toilets.
When I lived with my ex I would try to only do it when he was out of the house, or if I absolutely had to when he was there I'd time it with a shower so that you couldn't hear/smell anything!0 -

I don't and I don't cause anyone any problems either. Without going into too much detail, there are other ways of dealing with the problem. See andygb's posts.
