Hi Tealady
This is ours:
Breakfasts
Cereal and soya milk - I have branflakes, cornflakes, instant oats and muesli in the house. Usually with dried fruit, sometimes coconut or pumpkin seeds too. Hubby takes oats and banana to work for his. I will have to make some type of muffin/bar to have for mine as not finding time to eat when feeding baby.
Lunches
Pease pudding and tomato chutney sandwiches with 50/50. Salads/soups for me.
Pack ups will also have carrots sticks and/or raw mushrooms. The children will get an orange jelly pot made up with soya milk.
Dinners
Sat: Chilli pizza, crudites, popcorn or hm cracker chips
Sun: Lentil "mince" pie, veg.
Mon: Spaghetti Aglio + green salad
Tue: Beans on toast with beetroot and greens
Wed: Fusilli with cottage mince (sauce in freezer)
Thu: Veg korma (from freezer) with rice
Fri: Mushy pea fritters, carrots and chips
Snacks (tea time usually) will be hm cracker chips, carrot sticks, fruit (apples, bananas, satsumas, plums), cups of tea/cups of soya milk. Afters are usually the same if required, occasionally if it is particularly cold I will do a microwave sponge with fruit in it and if they are lucky they will get custardLove and compassion to all x0 -
