Hi Tealady :) This is ours:

    Breakfasts
Cereal and soya milk - I have branflakes, cornflakes, instant oats and muesli in the house. Usually with dried fruit, sometimes coconut or pumpkin seeds too. Hubby takes oats and banana to work for his. I will have to make some type of muffin/bar to have for mine as not finding time to eat when feeding baby.

    Lunches
Pease pudding and tomato chutney sandwiches with 50/50. Salads/soups for me.
Pack ups will also have carrots sticks and/or raw mushrooms. The children will get an orange jelly pot made up with soya milk.

    Dinners
Sat: Chilli pizza, crudites, popcorn or hm cracker chips
    Sun: Lentil "mince" pie, veg.
Mon: Spaghetti Aglio + green salad
Tue: Beans on toast with beetroot and greens
Wed: Fusilli with cottage mince (sauce in freezer)
Thu: Veg korma (from freezer) with rice
Fri: Mushy pea fritters, carrots and chips

Snacks (tea time usually) will be hm cracker chips, carrot sticks, fruit (apples, bananas, satsumas, plums), cups of tea/cups of soya milk. Afters are usually the same if required, occasionally if it is particularly cold I will do a microwave sponge with fruit in it and if they are lucky they will get custard ;)

Thanks for starting us off this week, Tealady. I'm off work sick today and I've just done my plan as I'm not doing anything more constructive, so this thread is nice timing!

Friday - pizza and salad (pizza is a RM one, on a 'try me free' offer :money:)
Saturday - sausage and mushroom pot pie (this week's new recipe)
Sunday - root veg stew and dumplings
Monday - sausage and tomato pasta
Tuesday - poached eggs, rostis and baked beans
Wednesday - turkey chilli-stuffed pumpkin (a mini pumpkin which will look really cute baked whole :))
Thursday - lamb curry (freezer) and rice
Back after a very long break!

  • Morning all. Hope you feel better soon CCP

Last weeks meal plan went well. When I last sorted out the freezer I put up a whiteboard next to it in the garage and listed the contents of it on there. I update board every time I put some thin in or out of it. This has made meal planning much quicker and easier.

Sat - Rice pot with scallops, chicken and prawns
Sun - Roast pork with stuffing and veg
Mon - french onion soup with cheesy toast
Tue - Sweet and sour pork with stir fried veg and noodles
Wed - Salmon in parsley sauce with veg
Thur - HM chicken nuggets with herby wedged and peas
Fri - Grilled belly pork with mash and veg

Lunches will be either salads sandwiches or soup with fruit

Breakfasts will be cereal or porridge.
I am playing all of the right notes just not necessarily in the right order :D.
