Dinners;
Sunday - roast chicken, cauliflower cheese, roasties, peas, sweet corn, Yorkshire pudding and gravy

Last weeks meal plan went well. When I last sorted out the freezer I put up a whiteboard next to it in the garage and listed the contents of it on there. I update board every time I put some thin in or out of it. This has made meal planning much quicker and easier.
Sat - Rice pot with scallops, chicken and prawns
Sun - Roast pork with stuffing and veg
Mon - french onion soup with cheesy toast
Tue - Sweet and sour pork with stir fried veg and noodles
Wed - Salmon in parsley sauce with veg

Lunches will be either salads sandwiches or soup with fruit
Breakfasts will be cereal or porridge.
