Friday 1st February 2013 - What small DFW things will you do today??
bt1
When we start out on the DFW trail we do loads of "big stuff" that makes quite a difference to our situation. These include having our lightbulb moment, cutting up the credit cards and cancelling Sky and the gym.
But once we have done the bigger stuff, we often feel that we are not making the same amount of progress, when in fact the small steps are helping us form good financial habits and helping us get closer everyday to staying in control and becoming debt free, or staying debt free.
Examples could be hanging washing out instead of using the tumble dryer or leaving your purse/wallet at home to avoid the risk of spending.
So be proud of those small steps, they really are important :money:
Morning! Happy Friday! Can't wait for today to be over with - its going to be really busy at work, just wanna get home and lounge about for the weekend.
List for today:
That's about it, will try and update later xxx

Morning everyone. Off out to a geocaching event near Shrewsbury straight from work, but my train pass will cover me as far as the nearest station, then a friend will pick me up at the station and drop me back at the train station so no travel costs at least.
Will try to limit my drinks spend, and go for a cheap option on the menu.
Checked online banking this morning. All the dd's have gone out as expected, so no nasty surprises lurking there.
A bit short of time this morning. I'll try to post properly later.
Have a good day everyoneDebt free since December 2015. It can be done0 -
Morning all, well managed to get up early enough this morning to do a quick couple of minutes on here. Had a great evening last night of Goodies, went to see grandparents and they had a voucher for free bottle of Mr T best brand juice so gave it to me which I collected, yum cant remember last time had fresh juice. Then they dont like the toilet rolls they have and got new ones so gave me the 6 they dont like, they are about four times the price of the ones I normally buy so luxury for me and last me at least the next month or more.

Morning all!!
Not much happening here today, don't need anything other than coffee so LSD at most.
All food from stores, even though I really really want to go food shopping. Still got loads in though, won't be going to a supermarket til at least Sunday, honest!!
Will check banking, need to make sure my DD is set up for my new credit card. Don't want a late payment charge!
Doing swagbucks as we speak, checking onepoll throughout the day. Will check the competitions boards and freebies.
Might make more progress with my button canvas tonight. It's for my niece's 1st birthday which isn't til 24th of the month, just want to get it finished so I know I'm happy with it. Don't want to rush, but can't have it dragging on either
hope everyone has a good day
Can't think of anything smart to put here...0
