delayed with a 1year old

has anyone claimed for a delay and claimed for an under 2 travelling with them. I am filling in my letter template for a 5 1/2 easyjet delay and its asking for passenger details and names etc. As my son was 1 year old her travelled on my knee, does he count as a passenger with regards to a claim for compensation??

I can't see anything in the EU regs to say he doesn't count

Assuming he paid some sort of fare - if he travelled for nothing the rules don't apply to him.
  • I don't mean to attempt to hijack your thread, but I'm in the same situation as you (with a 10 month old) and could do with some information on this too.

So far, I spoke with Easyjet and they'd refunded mine and my partners but refuse to refund my daughters. We paid £20 each way for her and she sat on my knee, but my argument is that she is still a passenger on the flight so should still be entitled to the compensation.

Have you searched for "infant" on the forum? The question has been asked lots if times - and answered well - so no need to start yet another thread.
