vodafone mobile shortage!!

Hello Forum users,
need some advice please, I ordered an upgrade for my wife's mobile at the end of December.
it was a galaxy note 1 and would be with me "as soon as possible as it's out of stock", we are now 1 calendar month down the line and no phone in sight!
I have called weekly to enquire of it's whereabouts, but keep getting the "it's out of stock" line.
as I am now very frustrated, I called this evening to cancel the order, only to be told that I can't cancel the order until I recieve the phone!! This has to be wrong, has anyone on here suffered a similar problem and was there any kind of resolution?
It seems ludicrous that they can be so vague, surely someone at vodafone would know exactly when new stock should arrive, but to be so relaxed about customer service seems very arrogant to me.
I told the very polite but very unhelpful lady that I will be cancelling the other 2 contracts I hold with Vodafone because of this, and she still seemed unfazed!
help!! .......anyone?

suppose doesnt really effect her, bet they get told it all the timeDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
