    If you ever look at Insurers who offer cover direct and through brokers, they often have different covers through the different channels.

    Aviva offer much wider cover through brokers than they do for direct or comparison sites.

    Generally the different channels have customers shopping on different basis eg on price alone or on cover.

    The Aviva direct charges for foreign use and does not include the free European breakdown cover
