It probably varies slightly with supplier and fuel - for gas Southern Electric say only 3%
As you know, the apathy in switching energy suppliers is huge.If I oppose such Government Schemes, according to you, they can be avoided by switching to OVO. Why aren't they awash with new applications from the many dissenters?
I think at least 50% are still with their legacy supplier.
Those who do switch do so probably for reasons of cost than for any political statement
If you wish to lodge a poltical grievence, I would suggest you lobby your MP or vote at the ballet box than try to do it by changing energy supplier.

Well that's a 7% difference on electricity and much lower on gas. If each company's analysis is like for like. Not 11%.:)0
