    A teeny tiny £5 for me today. Made up the deficit from last month and smashed my target this month :D

    I haven't been to a car boot in months.it's my DDs birthday day out on Sunday and Im tempted to nip to a car boot in the morning for a wonder around before picking my son up from his fathers. I have an overwhelming urge to do the double your money challenge!
    £20k in 2023 = £2718 £2023 in 2023 = £196.41 Grocery challenge £250= £195.80 **MONEY MAKES ME HAPPY**

    [QUOTE=GreyhoundAngel;
      59533937]Thanks Fairy, it never occurred to me to weigh like that :o I really didn't want to have lug a whole pile of stuff up to the PO just to weigh it all ... don't think they'd have been too happy :eek:

      A bit spooky considering Aesop's suggested mini challenge... happened to catch end of Bargain Hunt earlier - one team bought this furry Cockerel Head Teapot cosy for £25 .. it sold at auction for ..... £250 :eek::eek: I nearly fell of the sofa :rotfl:

      I can just imagine us all running around looking for one of these this weekend hoping to make some money!

      Has anyone else noticed it is mse's 10 birthday today? I saw something yesterday on the right hand side about 10 x 100 pounds hidden around mse and you had to find them

      Sure there will be a thread somewhere. Anyone lucky enough to find one yet?

      Debt-free and Proud!
      Just had to share.....the new man in my life is a hoot - he went into a second hand furniture shop today and bought 2 hand drawn pics. Was standing gabbing to the shop owner when someone came in to buy the same 2 pics and of course they were sold.....he said to them well for the right money they could be yours. He asked them for £15 for the 2 and got it in the shop where he bought them 5 mins earlier for £2 :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Now thats the way to do it eh??? hehehehe
