Maddie - thanks for your reply. My Lab is 4 this month (kids are organising a surprise party for him), funnily enough I worked out what was wrong with him just after I posted - the sun has been shining for the last two days and he thinks we should have the french doors open so he can come and go as he pleases, bless him, he loves sunny days but it is a bit cold for that yet. I have taken him out for a long run in the woods now and he is in bed sulking after having been hosed down.

Re training him, it would be good for him but in typical lab fashion he thinks everything is the most exciting game ever and he charges around the house with his bum tucked under him at very high speed smashing everything in sight, then he launches himself up in the air and knocks you to the ground for a good old roll around. I have had labradors for over 20 years now and none of them have calmed down until past 4 years (this one is mad even by lab standards though) so not long now.

I am going to try and put a photo of him as my avatar.

Oh yes I know how mad Labs can be, my Emma a black one lived until 15.1/2 yeara old and OH says that she did not grow up until she was about 14.3/4:rotfl:Fortunately we have quite a large fully enclosed rear garden here so MM can go outside at anytime (when not raining, wet dog is not my favourite smell), she mooches around, chases the birds and plays with her ball, and can be found lying on the wet grass, I draw the line at that, don't want her to have arthritis any sooner than necessary. The rest of the time she curls up in her bed, or on mine! Would love to see his piccy.

Back on topic - I use Lemon Aid the same way ValM does, the heat from my finger softens it so it blends in easily, I hope you find how best it works for you, it would surely be on my desert island list.

I was saving £1 each time I used something up or gave away etc. and I was saving coins in a jar, but now, I'm using an online saving account and transferring £1 each time. Quite proud! Tee hee.
    Cookie, I think you're tame. :heart2:

Ins : 6 burts bees lip salves (from grab bag, well 3 was a pack I added so I didn't have to pay postage). I do count these seperate though in a makeup inventory that I haven't looked at trying to reduce yet!

BB super glossy lip shine (as above)

Ins to add to my inventory : BB lemon butter cuticle cream x 2

    BB ageless hand cream
    BB hand salve
    BB therapeutic bath crystals
1/2 a bottle of BB body wash (it leaked and I'm not sure i will like it a the residue smelt of cooking oil)
And I wouldn't normally add something so small, but as an indicator of what was in my grab bag, a 2.8g moisturising cream

So, 7! Really but I shall say 6 as I don't count tiny samples!

I have a free in thanks to the lovely Rosemary - L'Occitane cherry blossom hand cream and about 30 samples from them. I had to wait ages to be served so they repaid me for my patience with loads of samples which was very nice of them.

Also a UU to balance it out Herbal Essence tousle me softly shampoo. Did the job very nicely and WBA

OMG I've just tried the BB ageless hand cream and the smell is making me feel sick, I don't think I'm going to be able to continue with this product! _pale_

Also I'm glad I resisted the Burts Bees grab bags, people seem not to be very impressed by them and the contents don't seem great or particularly good value compared to the ones last summer.

I'm glad you all encouraged me to step away from that one!

Think I need to come and join you guys! I'm in the process of moving at the minute and when unpacking my toiletries and putting them in their new place I was SO shocked at how much I had! I haven't even moved everything over yet, quite a bit is still at my old house, but this is what is with me here so far -

    3 x Hairspray
    2 x Deodorant
1 x Large bottle of baby oil
    1 x Nail varnish remover
    2 x Gradual tanners
    1 x Fake tan
    5 x Hair conditioners
    3 x Shampoo
    1 x Sun cream
    1 x Moroccan oil
    2 x Moisturising hair spritz/spray things
1 x Bag of around twenty mini bars of soap
    2 x Shower gel
    2 x Face cleanser
    1 x Toner
    1 x Face moisturiser
    2 x FAce wash
    2 x Eye gel
    2 x Witch hazel gels
1 x Big tub of sudocrem
    3 x Body polish/scrubs
    5 x Handcream
    1 x Clay face mask
    1 x Anti-blemish solution
    2 x Foot cream
    x Body butter
    2 x Body lotion
    2 x Hair dye
    1 x Brazilian hair treatment

This isn't including any of my perfumes, make up or nail varnishes and I have SO much. Plus everything still left at my old house. I'm so shocked that I have so much!

I think I get easily bored with my products and never end up finishing a bottle before buying a new one to try out. BUT, things are changing - I will NOT be buying anything else until what I have already is gone and needs replacing!

    HELP!

I have put into the shower a BS Eco friendly shower gel, sorry can't remember the right name of it but reports on here don't like it so will be interesting to try it. I got it free through one of the BS many offers :D

I checked it's Earth Lover - not sure if I like it although only tried it once :) DBF will use it though, he doesn't mind ;)
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

Been to get my eyebrows done and gel colours removed haven't had them redone just some strengthener put on more have broken so they are filed right down and they look dreadful. Have booked just eyebrows next month as well. Saved about £10/11 today will save £20 next month, if she doesn't persuade me to change my mind. The plan is not to get nails done again till holidays.
