Orange PAYG are increasing their call charge to 30p per minute from March 14 March, a 20% increase

Call charges will now be 30p per minute on the main Orange PAYG tariffs (legacy and raccoon excluded) - but will also now include per minute rounding up - not just as a 1 minute minimum, but for all length calls - so a 1 minute 1 second phone call will cost 60p.

Unhappy PAYG users are able to get a full refund of credit.

Good luck actually getting Orange to do this. I've spent over 2 hours on the phone to them over the last few days, and the best they can claim to do is transfer the credit to another Orange number. Their Twitter CRM account, @OrangeHelpers, hasn't even offered that.

That doesn't qualify as "get[ting] back any credit you've got left" in my book!
