Judge described them as 'A company from the dark ages'. They don't seem to have much luck when facing real Judges (Shona please note).
Their cars and vans have been seized, subject to paying off the other 3.5 grand. Presumably they have been clamped to ensure they're not spirited away in the meantime?
As you say poetic justice; chickens coming home to roost, cluck, cluck (or in another context oink, oink)
My understanding is that usually they just put a mark on the vehicle's registration, and a sticker on the windscreen, making it the property of the court and if it goes missing, it has been stolen.
Only when they get a really difficult customer making remarks like "don't bother to come back; it won't be here" do the sheriffs actually clamp it and wait about for the arrival of the tow truck.
There is still nothing that the sheriffs can do when they arrive looking for "Intergalactic Enterprises (1999) Ltd" and the same managing director greats them as the boss of "Intergalactic Enterprises (2013) Ltd", able to demonstrate that the previous company has been liquidated with a "pre pack" deal.0 -

Hmmmm.....
I did think they picked this thread up almost as quickly as Haswell might have done had he been trawling this website on a regular basis.Je Suis Cecil.0 -
Great publicity !
UKCPS claim to be some big shot firm working out of a huge office park in Leeds turns out to be a bunch of what looks like "Travellers" working out of the back room of a pub.
Our friends up North, say that whole Burton road area of Holbeck is renowned for traveller type businesses either selling knackered cheap auction buy up cars, dodgy repair garages that invent problems, re-cut dangerous part worn tyres and any other type of dodgy practice.
They must fit in very well.
Wonder if thats peters "Roma special" ?Be happy...;)0 -
They may pay the rest when they have scammed more unsuspecting suckers :eek:PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue. :eek:0

Did anyone notice how quickly all the staff tried to hide and pretend they didn't work for UKCPS ? :rotfl:Hardly proud of their employer were they.
Anyone who ever gets a fake invoice from UKCPS should watch this clip to show what a lying, cheating, scamming company UKCPS really is. Staffed by immoral, good for nothing, lying, cheating fools such as Haswell. They'd steal from their own dead grandmothers if the chance arose !All aboard the Gus Bus !1 -
The women all looked a bit common as well.......For everthing else there's mastercard.
For clampers there's Barclaycard.0 -

I suspect that had they not blurred out their faces it would have been a case of "if I had a dog that ugly I'd shave it's @r5e and teach it to walk backwards" ! :eek:All aboard the Gus Bus !0
