Clearly. This the case with anything you ever post on an internet forum.
Bottom line is NEVER post anything you don't want the whole world to read.0 -
But what information can they usefully acquire? I suppose if someone says "well I'll write a NBA, but I don't want to take it to court", that could be useful to them.
But otherwise we're just doing a dance here: they know what our legal arguments are going to be, and we know what theirs are (if not always the detail).
Or am I being overly sanguine? Just because you're paranoid, doesn't mean they aren't out to get you ...0 -

I think Monarch said they had something like 10,000 back claims so I doubt they have a dedicated team to read every single forum lol0
