Does anyone know if you can un block a Nokia that has been blocked from being used in the UK. Is this possible?

It's probably possible, but it will have only been blocked in the first place if it's been stolen or reported lost.0

I would heavily suggest not to contemplate such an aspect. Under UK law such services are now illegal (ie, IMEI swapping).

The only way would be to change the IMEI I think and that's a big no no these days.0
