Phone line issue and internet

Hi I've signed up for Talk Talk in my new flat, its a housing association one so needs work here and there. There was no phone connected but they said they've reactivated the line and here's my new number.

Well I had a good look around again today but for the life of me, can't work out how it'll all work. Where would a phone line/connection be and how would I hook up the router they're sending and a phone set that I'm going to buy?

As far as I can tell there hasn't been one before? Very confused! If not, how do I fix this to make one, do I just get an electrician?

Step by step please and speak simple as any jargon just goes straight over my head. Apologies if this should be in the DIY thread.
Up and onwards to the future!

Somewhere in the flat there will be a BT NTE5 master socket, which should now be active. Plug the handset in and test the line. You plug the ADSL filter and router into the socket that following the instructions provided.
You don't have to 'fix' anything or employ an electrician, broadband is a simple self-install procedure.
If there is no NTE5, then you need to contact TT and they will investigate with BT OR.

Aren't talk talk sending an engineer to install the router and get you online? I'm with them, admitadly with the TV package as well, and whenever we have had a new system along comes the TalkTalk engineer.

Broadband is a self-install. YouView is a chargeable install. Different things.
TT do not have any 'engineers'. Any work required for a line provision or reconnection is done by BT OR.
