Has anyone had any success with claiming from Cubana? Our flight was delayed for nearly 5 hours, and I'm sure on more than one occasion. I am also finding it difficult to find a number or address to contact them on to log my complaint.

Hi mistione - did you have any luck finding contact details for Cubana. I have written to the London representative and haven't had a reply. I emailed their head office in Cuba, still no response. The phone number for their London office just says unavailable!0
