Why are Sky charging me £10 for unlimited broadband yet they advertise it at £7:50? I`ve asked them but their customer service is so flakey they have never come back to me. I have been a loyal customer for nearly 20 years but this is the last straw. Freesat here I come unless they sort it soon.
