Sky Broadband and Talk questions

I'm considering signing up for Sky Broadband Unlimited and Talk Weekends. I had an online chat with a Sky "adviser" last night. Below is what he told me, and I'm wondering if this matches people's experience?
1) Current home has a non-active BT line. We're expecting to return in about six months to a property which also has a non-active BT line. The online quote for "setup" is £10. I asked what the cost of moving would be, and was told it would also be £10. I'm a little sceptical as this would mean getting two, presumably subsidised, line activations during the minimum contract term.
2) I asked about the option for paying 12 months line rental upfront. Was told this could only be signed up to by phone, which I don't want to do because of missing out on TCB cashback. Also told setup would be £39 instead of £10. If I don't sign up for upfront line rental initially, can't then do so until 12 months is up.
3) I asked if taking Talk Anytime instead of Talk Weekends is a 12 month commitment. Told that it is. Asked if I could sign up for Weekends but upgrade to Anytime during minimum term. Told I could, but didn't get a clear answer as to how long I would then be committed to Anytime.

Do you currently have TV with them?
It does seem to make a difference hence the reason for asking.
I moved when I was with Sky, outside of min term though, I only had TV with them. They installed the line for free as the property had no active line when I rang to find out my options for phone and BB.
Sorry can't help with moving within min term, or if you "upgrade" within min term.0 -
You don't need an active BT line. You can buy that option out at sign-up for an extra payment of about £20. The only exception is for Multiroom installs, when all boxes must be connected. No free lunch, and no free laptop
