    To be fair Johnlew did say not to bother with the printed out documents and to DIY?

    Wasn't prepared to risk problems with my company for the sake of £15 +VAT, especially as the website lays it on very thick about the certificate being printed on legal paper. If I knew then what we all know now because of what I've found out, I'd do things differently. Just sharing my experiences with you thats all.

    Companies House say the certificate is only valid if it is printed on 160gsm paper.

    Not sure how easy it is to print your own Articles of Incorporation?

    Do I need "Memorandum & Articles of Association"? Don't see this availble online?
