can anyone tell me the definition of the arrival time?
My flight according to stats site arrived 239 minutes late but states this was calculated by comparing actual runway time 04.44 am with scheduled gate time and does not count the actual taxi time to gate. Since we were still in a moving plane initially braking hard on a runway then having to taxi to the gate is this classed as arrived?
Since this one minute difference can double the compensation in my case it is rather important.
the time line shows estimated gate arrival time as 2 mins later.
the stats time line shows status changed to landed at 4.54am
which is 10 minutes after wheels on runway time.
any thoughts?

How does four hours or more double the compensation?
the link http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/travel/flight-delays shows that for flights >3,500km 3-4 hours is €300 and 4+ is €600
not that is matters.. if the delay is 239 minutes, then it will be €3000 -
