nokia 6230 firmware

Hi my firmware is v4.44 can i upgrade it myself with my DKU-2 cable or do i have to take it to a service centre?

i think you may have to take it to a service center as the NSU software does not list the 6230 as a supported model

Yep 6230 is not available other than a Service Centre

It wont be that much money mate, should be around £10 I think, usually do the firmware upgrades myself and they are supplied free ofrom the like of sony Ericsson so they shouldnt charge much for it.
