True, but if they deny his claim because he said "whoops" then he may be able to sue under the "Idiot Discrimination Act"0 -

its a blatant ripoff as it doesn't appear in any T&C's and it has to do by intergalactic law (according to my mate who once flew with Ryanjet)0
