Just commenced claim for flight delay 18/10/10 TOM M484. Manchester to marracech not got flight ticket but have travel agency booking forms etc. any ideas on 'Other' evidence please ??
Thomson aircraft captain stated this was due to toilets leaking into baggage hold on previous flight.
