Can't you check your statement of account? (£5640 for this tax year.)I think i have overpaid into an ISA
But you received tax free interest to which you were not entitled? The ISA i dont use has nothing in it now
Advise HMRC. http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/isa/faqs.htm
You will be able to contribute up to £5760 into a cash ISA in the tax year 2013-14.

Are they with the same provider?
You shouldn't be contributing to the second ISA unless you closed it. You cannot simultaneously contribute to 2 open ISAs in a tax year.0 -
