Have just downloaded my emails, and have now got 16 copies of Martin's Money Tips - they seem to be coming through one a minute! Please can you stop them - much as I enjoy the reading of them, just one will suffice!

i really think this may be a problem with your ISP freeserve. you should call their helpdesk and get them to empty your mailbox - chances are, the message is not getting tagged as 'read' and your email client keeps redownloading it as it thinks that it is new.0
