I've had a couple of lower ratings for postage price even though I weigh everything and charge the correct amount!.....

Ditto. I've even seen people offering free postage with only 4.5 stars for this. I think there is a certain class of buyer who want blood, and heaven forbid if you charge for bubble wrap, boxes, mailing bags, labels etc.

Thinking back to seeing what others have bought, I did have a buyer once who wanted to collect an item. I browsed through his recent purchases and found lingerie, rope, a large hunting knife and a device for re-manufacturing and re-using spent ammunition - all of which gave me food for thought..

He was the model buyer in the end though!
