I don't see my message (posted above) as begging!! its a polite reminder that feedback is outstanding, in case they may have forgotten, and an enquiry as to whether or not their were any outstanding issues.

You must really think that all buyer's are incredibly stupid if that's what you believe. The worrying part is that you do actually believe it!

Even my dog would be able to instantly see that your email is indeed begging for feedback and is not a query whether there are "any outstanding issues" whatsoever.

If you're that desperate for feedback I suggest paying a visit to the 'information products' section where you will find numerous 1p Ebooks to buy which will significantly boost your feedback rating that you crave so much.

that's your opinion and your perfectly entitled to it, yes its a feedback request, but its not begging.

as I mentioned earlier, that message works around three quarters of the time, so it cant be too much of an issue for those who leave feedback after I have sent them it.

and there's always those buyers who may think they wont receive feedback from me, so its re-assuring for them to know I always leave it after receiving it.

On the subject of begging, my op was really a thinly veiled disguise to get people to ask if we had a nice time in mexico:o , only floflo said she was glad we had a good holiday!
I really didn't expect it to turn into another feedback thread:rolleyes: , (tongue firmly inserted in cheek). I missed all the fun by being at work.
    my biro isn't sharp/blunt enough! the pain isn't nearly distracting enough:rotfl: .

I wanted to ask where you stayed, was it AI, but I was worried I'd get told off for being off topic, lol. I love holidays tell me all about it and I can add it to my want to go to list.:T

I have written reviews of the hotel and the resort on the holiday truth website, the hotel was the A/I iberostar tucan/quetzal in playacar, the resort was playa del carmen.
my reveiw on trip advisor should be up shortly too, look for stargate.

Possibly, the 10 1/2 hour flight was a killer even though we had premium seats with first choice, we have been to orlando several times and 8 hours now seems nothing!
outside the tourist resorts mexico is a third world country and to see the indigenous mayans living in huts made from sticks and throwing their rubbish right on the street (well, dirt track) outside their homes was quite shocking.
cancun airport makes heathrow look civilised as well.
All that said we went to see the historical sites like chichen itza and tulum, which were fabulous, if you can take the heat walking round the ruins you can do anything!
the hotel was unique too, right in the jungle with monkeys swinging in the trees, peacocks strutting about and large, rat/guinea pig things roaming about, it was amazing. the mexican people are lovely and never stop working, always cleaning, constantly walking round the pool and beach, getting lazy Americans their drinks cos they couldn't be bothered to walk 5 yards.
we don't normally do beach holidays, but it was our first child free holiday for 17 years so we thought we'd splash out.
I will probably post some photos on the holiday truth site at some point but there are some great ones on the trip advisor - my travel bible!
We were planning on China next year, till we realised it's the Olympics!
dd has now informed us that we should go to orlando next may before her a- levels, " for a rest" ( Orlando is not restful!) as next september she will go off to uni.

Sounds fab, I like plenty do on holiday as well, we're hoping to go back to Florida next year. We had a few child free holidays before DD came along (married 12 years before she was born) so won't get another for many years. But she loves holidays, even if they're not always Disney. OH really fancies Mexico. Hong Kong is amazing, haven't been since it was handed back, but there's loads to do and see.
