It's intriguing to me that you think it's all rit for poeple to moonlight to make a living but its wrong for peoe to charge costs which would give them a reasonable living wage in some parts of the country.
Anyway, None of this helps OP.
well you asked, so;
I don't begrudge an OAP £2 a week, do you?
Do you think all trades simply " charge costs which would give them a reasonable living wage"??
Where did I say "its ok to be dishonest "???
Bottom line, if you feel that by giving £10 per week to that pensioner gardener, that won't declare it is wrong?, and by you definition is stealing from us, you and me?, then give £2 to an anonymous charity that benefits others not the sieve that is our elected manager, then your and our collective conscience is clear.I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)
Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed0 -

No, actually I didn't ask. I was very careful not to ask and there s no question in my post, anywhere.0 -
Regarding tax, if an OAP does 2 or 3 hours a week to supplement income, why declare it. It is wrong, but the paperwork probably costs more to process than the tax. But if they work longer, then they are committing fraud, and competing unfairly against honest workers.Warning: This forum may contain nuts.0
