Unfortunately they said not, I have a letter that my brother sent across to me as he didn't understand.

It says that you must repay the DWP for DLA. I asked his legal rep or the person that talks to you about the claim and she said that you just have to repay them from what you get, you cannot claim more.

But I have no clue? ...
