What's your favourite hour of the day?

I love the early morning when I have the house to myself and all is quiet.
I also love the evening when everything is done for the day.
I especially love when my daughters come home from college and we're all together again under the one roof - I love all those hours.I'm an adult and I can eat whatever I want whenever I want and I wish someone would take this power from me.

I like to get up early - so my favourite hour is the one when I get my cuppa, have my ciggy and watch the sun come up.Before OH starts clanging around the kitchen getting his lunchbox and flask ready. Then its peace and quiet until GS arrives for me to get him ready and take him to school.0

Have to agree with Victory; 9PM is true down time. All is done, the kidlets should be asleep, and I finally have time to relax.
If there's a period of illness that keeps me up to all hours (my OH works away in Scotland, so for half the month I'm a single parent), I catch up with everything after the kids are dispatched to school and pre-school, then nap for an hour from 11AM.
My part-time job is writing missions for MMORPG's, so having time to myself in the evening isn't just restful, is profitable too.

My favourite in definitely morning time. I am a confirmed early bird and if I don't get busy soon after waking up I am liable to spend the rest of the day in bed (obviously not on a week day!)
I love going home to stay with my parents. I only see them in the summer months when the mornings are light. My mum and I get up at the crack of dawn and go walking in the nature reserve. Usually it's a bit misty and if we are early enough we get to wake up the zebras and buck from their slumbers just as the sun is peeping over the surrounding forest. It's such a peaceful, magical time. Africa at its best.Man plans and God laughs...Perhaps travel cannot prevent bigotry. But by demonstrating that all people cry, laugh, eat, worry and die, it introduces the idea that if we try to understand each other, we may even become friends.0 -
About 9pm for me too. Jobs done, everyone's bathed and ready or tucked up for bed, the cars are cuddly and l can read or surf the net without interruption!

I like 5pm as it's when my husband gets home from work. We have about 45 minutes playing with DD, a nice cup of tea and then I go and get dinner on the table for 6ish. 10am - 11am is a close contender, too, as it's when DD and I tend to do something fun - either the park, toddler group or painting!
This is going to sound very smug, but I usually enjoy the entire day very much indeed. I am incredibly lucky (or maybe just have low expectations :rotfl:)0 -

Not smug, just content, it's lovely.

5am on a summers morning. I'm up and out with the dog, only us and the birds are up, the sun is new and low in the sky. It feels like I have the world all to myself.
Twighlight after a hot summers day (didn't see much of it last year!), its cooling off but still light and warm. I can smell Night Scented Stocks, their perfume is heavy in the air.......0 -
In a weird way I quite like 7.30am - 8.30am at work...no children have arrived yet, my good friends in my department are all there too and we chat periodically while getting some work done and preparing for the day.
Mind you, the times when it all goes wrong seem to start outweighing the nice times - my 10 year old laptop takes 27 minutes to open one word document which I just need to print, the photocopiers won't play and I end up rushed and harassed.... But I try to focus on the nice times!
I also like 9pm too, although that is bed time for OH and I! But we usually watch an episode of something in bed or cuddle and chat or 'cuddle' or read and it's just nice time together.0
