Hi,
Just wondered if anyone can confirm / or has Magic Numbers on 12month Dolphin SIM Only contract.
Just checked there website here and it only seems to refer to 18 and 24 month contracts, as well as PAYG.
On Webchat they tell me it is available on 12month sim only. Based on past experience of Orange CS, I'm always skeptical.
If anyone using Magic Numbers on SIM only could confirm this would be great.

It's only 30 day sim onlys that don't have Magic Numbers. All other variants do.I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0

OP - Yes I'm on dolphin 12 month sim only, I moved from 18 month contract in Nov, magic number has carried over and I can view it when I login to Orange account.
One thing to note however is you have to pay for VM, it doesn't come off your minutes, this wasn't explained to me when I went to it. It is not a problem for me, I just asked them to disable it, after being charge 29p for 19 seconds.0
