Achica sneaky overcharge for delivery, can I get it refunded?

They replied with information on whats involved in the delivery charge, picking, packing and postage which is not really what my complaint is about because there is no extra picking, packing and postage involved whether the items are ordered as one order or two. Its as though they selected from a list of set replies and not to me as an individual and my specific concern.
Anyway, after looking on the net about Achica and thier customer service I feel I have come out of it quite lightly really. At least I have recieved my items, it seems a lot havent and there are lots of bad reviews on various sites.
The facebook page is littered with unanswered complaints and apparently after a while they close it down and open another.
I realise what a risk I took ordering from them, if anything had been wrong with the items (although 2nd chest not unpacked or checked yet) it seems there is huge difficulty getting things like that sorted if at all. The lack of telephone support is a massive problem and I believe that all online shops should have a landline customer support line by law because they hide behind faceless digital contact.
I only ordered these items from them because I needed assembled furniture due to dissability and being unable to put them up myself. After buying flat packs previously and paying people to put them up only to find them faulty in the end or pieces missing it seemed cheaper in the long run to pay the extra for ready assembled.Thanx

The refund of £25.05 has now been refunded back into my account for the higher delivery charge.
I think this was mainly because the order consisted of two parcels rather than one and they were delivered by separate courier companies and on different days. That being no different to if they had been purchased separately resulting in a £25.05 lower delivery charge.
The higher charge resulted from them combining both parcels weights as though 1 parcel raising the order into the higher delivery charge rate of £25.05 more.
At least they agreed and refunded me for this which I am very pleased about.Thanx
