Primus are appalling. They don't answer the phone, don't respond to emails, and keep on charging despite my having changed suppliers.0

SO FED UP With Primus! As it's impossible to get through on the phone I sent an email confirming my account closure, but then received an email stating that the account would indeed be closed. I am now constantly receiving threatening texts despite the fact that the account closure has been acknowledged by them. All further emails are ignored and have now spent 30 minutes waiting to get connected to the call centre at my own expense.
