I was with primus in 2010 and after a few router faults and millions of fone calls,no internet for up to 3wks at a time,i left....only to be billed repeatedly for months afterwards, the jolly chappies who by now I was on first name terms with at primus told me everything was fine and to disregard the bills, after approx. 5 months I received a revised final bill that I paid, looks like nowt has changed!Primus are appalling. They don't answer the phone, don't respond to emails, and keep on charging despite my having changed suppliers.0 -
SO FED UP With Primus! As it's impossible to get through on the phone I sent an email confirming my account closure, but then received an email stating that the account would indeed be closed. I am now constantly receiving threatening texts despite the fact that the account closure has been acknowledged by them. All further emails are ignored and have now spent 30 minutes waiting to get connected to the call centre at my own expense.
AAAAGH. I HATE PRIMUS!! DO NOT USE!!!May'18 DEBT FREE!
