This may be a little off the norm for this particular forum, but it also applies to Android handsets - well some.

Before Christmas, the "Grabbit" form had a thread running on CPW selling off the Versus tablet above at £45 and a number of people bought one (or more) for Christmas.

I almost gave up on mine because when I tried to use the net, it hung and kept asking me to wait or close the browser. I tried, Chrome, Opera, Skyfire - you name it. All to no real avail.

My partner has a Galaxy Tab2 - again following an alert on the forum and I got her one for Christmas with a decent discount.

Compared to that, the Versus was hopeless. So I decided to upgrade and get a black version of her Galaxy.

But 3 days ago, I loaded Dolphin browser and Dolphin mini browser, plus a couple of Dolphin add-ins. What a difference. Virtually no hanging and what a speed increase as well.

So if anyone is in the same boat, try what I did before ditching the Versus. It may also help those with Android phones that have a slow browser experience.
