Problems with Safestyle windows

My son had his whole house done with Safestyle, even though I told him I didn't think it was a good idea. He had a good price which I advised him to knock down further with a take it or leave it offer. This he did.

The installers did a very good job and he is really pleased with the result. The quality of the installation clearly depends on the accuracy of the measuring and the skill of the installers. He clearly had a good team (Hants/Surrey border area). One trickle vent cover was missing and installed a day or two later.

I am not making a recommendation but they are clearly capable of doing a good job for a fair price (but obviously not consistently).

Safestyle Uk are hell on earth, bullying tactics especially with my Mother, they have been harassing her since January even though she stated that she can't have them fitted until March sometime due to a big operation. It even states it on the contract.
I have just called them as I will go to the police if it gets any worse, Please anyone thinking of having them DONT they are nasty people to deal with and when something does go wrong they wont put it right either.

Are you sure about that?

The parent company, Style Group UK seems to have been around since 2000 - a remarkably long time in double glazing circles. Also there are very few dissolved companies with similar names.
