I found them fair but nothing special, I personally would opt for...
https://www.mailorderphones.co.uk and their special deals when they have them on. Their service is next to none and i've known them ever since I joined the GSM ladder many a year ago.
HTH.[fonefather] - If you would like free independent advice about phones feel free to message me. :j0 -
havent had any experiences with there service to get cashback redemption, but they offered me a very low level of customer service when i was applying for one of there phone contracts.
i applied for a contract, and they never got back to me telling me whether or not iv got the contract.
i e-mailed them on a number of occasions, and they took 3-5 days to reply to my e-mails, and evenso, they still didnt manage to anwser my queries. at that time they didnt even have a customer service telephone number, which didnt help.
i contacted them on there Sales email adresses, and this wasnt much help, thought they were hopeless, so i didnt get the contract but they did get a long complaint email on behalf of the poor level of customer service that was provided. (and this is there Sales desk, to attract New customers, cant imagine what there existing customers' service is like).
im sure people have had good experiences with them, but they lost my interest and many others that i spoke to.0 -
My employer (who is in the mobile phone business) has staff offers with them, but part of the deal is that the cashback is instant. Which offer are you looking at, their other deals don't seem that fantastic to me when compared against the competition.0

I bought two phones from them 11 months ago. Total cost of both phones per month worked out at £11. Both phones had 100xnet and 100 texts per month. Cash back in month 7. I sent off orange bills as requested and a few days later the credit for £450ish quid hit by bank account.
I have just given orange notice so I am on the hunt for new deal. Nothing special on Chatterbox with Orange at mo - bizarrely there is one deal if you live in London only.

My contract says all cash back must be claimed before 7 months from date of connection. Is it possible to have proof of 6 paid bills in this time.0
