Thanks for all the birthday wishes.:j:j

Up and down day. Excited little ones:) No effort from older boys, not even a card:( DH left everything until the last minute so has ended up severely out of pocket:cool: DD1 gave me just what I wanted beautifully wrapped :j

Prayers have been said for the lovely Lady Liberty.

If there are no local flyladies for the kenwood chef put it on Eb@y as pick up only. They are highly desirable machines. My mother got hers when my brother was born in '75. It went to kenwood heaven 2 years ago and all the attachments were sold on Eb@y. I got mine on a local pick up from the same site. It's the absolute best thing in my overstocked kitchen electricals cupboard :o

Bossy - hehe, my dog sits down sometimes and refuses to move till he's caught his breath - he's a cross between a Collie and an Alsation so a bit too big to carry home, he has a Dipsy [from Teletubbies] as his baby and its now on its 10th ish new outfit as he won't touch a new one, every so often it has to go in the WM as it gets stinky [a bit like him lol]
Projects made for craft fair - 40 :)
    1st fair on 13/4/14 :j
  • Hello :o
I have been mainly lurking this week, but wanted to add my special thoughts for Lady Liberty

I wish I could get my stinky dog in the WM! :rotfl:

Washing all up to date, and ironing done (by DH, not me! :p)

I really need to get my btm in gear. I may have to blitz some paperwork next week - still having trouble getting my head round things.

Hugs, sticks & spoon to those that need them

I've had too many birthdays like that - and plenty where OH didn't get me anything because he didn't have a clue what to get me!

On the flying front this afternoon was fairly productive (this morning and yesterday were a total write off - bad headache and stomach ache - thanks Aunt Flo) - hoovered and tidied the girls bedroom, hoovered landing and stairs and DS's room. I also cleaned the bathroom.

Did 4 loads of washing - some of which nearly dried on the line - this is the time of year when I rue my north facing garden!:mad::mad:.

DS and DD2 out on the town, DD1 upstairs with a packet of Immodium - it's only 6 weeks since the last bug!

L-L is in my thoughts and prayers. 'Tis news like this that puts life's ordinary grumbles in true perspective.
    :jFlylady and proud of it:j

    Hi Ladies

Sorry not been around this week. We were back from hols last week but this week has been hellishly busy. Have been on a course all week so have had 3 hours travelling each day and DH has been really poorly since we have been back with nausea, vomiting, lack of energy and the nurse thought poss a slightly enlarged liver :( so has not been able to lift a finger at all. He's been to the docs yesterday and now has antibiotics, antiemetics and antacids but is still no better so will need to go back to the docs Monday to get the results of his blood tests. Have done all my shopping today so will be able to spend the day at home tomorrow and do a little flying and look after DH. Then back to work Monday so not looking forward to that.

Hope everyone is ok as tried to read back earlier in the week but it was too much and I fell asleep at the screen.

Mumto5 - Very best wishes for your birthday and
LadyLiberty - Sending positive thoughts and prayers for you and your loved ones xxx

    See you then

I'm an Aries, born on the cusp of Taurus - so I have the Aries temper, together with the Taurus stubbornness.:eek::eek::eek::eek::D:D

I'm another bossy Aries - actually a great 2nd in command but not good as a leader!!

Another Aries here!! Right in the middle so no cusp issues for me :p and yes with a great leader I too am best as number 2.

Lovely evening with family. My Dad gave me some family history stuff my [STRIKE]mad obnoxious[/STRIKE] dearly departed uncle had gathered which should tie in nicely with my own research. My kids in pieces at pic of me aged 4 in green floral trousersuit, pink sunglasses & turquoise shoulderbag :rotfl:

Much love and loads of caring thoughts to Lady_Liberty xxxx

    Time for bed. Goodnight all.
