i just bought this phone yesterday http://www.tesco.com/direct/orange-hollywood-black-includes-10-top-up/293-9398.prd?pageLevel=&skuId=293-9398 the phone was activated quickly and customer service told me the free credit would take upto 24 hours to credit to my account, fair enough however i just got of the phone to customer service to ask where my credit was and they told me they dont recognise my sim number or imei, i was told they would escalate this and would be informed when sorted. What i dont understand is i have put £5 of credit on the phone and i can make/receive calls are orange fobbing me off?
