02 Dismal Customer Service (affecting hundreds)

I am looking to gather information of dismal customer service.
o2 decided to switch of a Mast in the "kw14 7xw" area around the9th of December 2012 the mast served over 3000 private homes and multiple businesses, the level of support and various incorrect statements made by 02 tocustomers is quite frankly shocking.
Hundreds of customers have called them seriously, and in almost 2 months nothing has been done, it cannot be rocket science to simply switch it back on.
I am sending a direct complaint to the chairman at Telefornica Mr Dunne asneither the o2 Customer Complaints nor their helpdesk seem to have the abilitynor the inclination or desire to help customers, I’ll give him the option toget 02 to focus on this before I pass a complaint to OFCOM,
I would like to ask have any of you had similar experience with o2 Switchingof masts and doing nothing but provide misleading (at the very best)information to customers?

Good luck with your quest, looking at the post code, looks like you are reffering to somewhere in the very north of Scotland. I'm sure it was a business decsion to de comission the cell site or it is a long wait for a repair, don't other networks service the surrounding area? Surely they don't all use O2 and no other, I would be surprised as the amount of post from folk leaving O2 because of the contracted inflation price increase, I thought I would be their only customer left.0
