bought a phone from e2save with 12 months cashback, contract started on 5-1-07, and they want the 6th, 8th, 10th and 12th bills.
i would have assumed that the 6th bill would be the one dated June, yet when I login to their website according to them I should send the bill dated May and will receive the cashback in July.
any ideas who I should follow, the 6th bill or e2save's instructions?

hi,
must follow your bill.
if they need month 6, then send your 6th bill.
ring them to get it corrected asap or just to confirm, cuz they usually have a correct record (different from the website).
or explain situation on the cover letter you'll send with your first claim.
try ringing either of this nos. 01509618500 / 01509611818 (needs patience, always busy lines)

cheers, ill follow the bill as that way i can cover myself and say 'it is the 6th bill' instead of 'i followed the website'0

If you want your cashback, follow e2save's instructions to the letter! Why do you think that it is all explained on their website. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0

I have a contract with OSPS and the CS rep said that you go by your connection date as networks send bills at different times. Therefore my connection date was 17/4 so on 17/10 i send the bill I have at that time as long as it is no longer than 4 weeks old, so it will be the Sept bill as my first bill is dated 22/40
