How long before Streetview updates appear on the web?
They were recently remapping an area and 'got' me 3 times in about an hour.

That's actually a common misconception. Virtually no government building (even down to UKSF bases) are not obscured from either maps or street view. To obscure or block out makes them a higher target than just leaving them there.

no it's not blurred, it just looks like the point at which the camera shot changes direction

Oneyorkshirelass, I have read on popular vehicle forum that when google street was first available to view there was an upsurge in stolen vehicles such as classic VW Camper's, sports cars etc. I even remember one newspaper article where the owner of a Motor home that was stolen from his drive was able to help police catch him because the street car came past just as they were taking the wheel lock off :j
