Just Found Out By Chance That The Gold Package I Am Paying £24.99 A Month For Does Not Exist Anymore!! All New Customers Are Getting Exactly The Same Service As Me On Aol Silver - Plus One Month Free Plus A Free Wireless Router - For £14.99 A Month!!! When I Phoned Them (look For A Freephone No) They Reduced My Payments And Gave Me Two Free Months (big Deal) But Would Not Budge On The Free Router. What A Shoddy Way To Treat A Customer Of 6 Years! Do They Have No Intention Of Telling Existing Gold Customers About This?

It obviously depends on who you speak to on the day. If you read through the AOL posts on here, you will see that others have got Platinum 8Mb for £9.99. Perhaps you could try ringing again but this time say that you wish to cancel, due to others getting a better deal. If at first you don't succeed.....
