February's 2013 BR Club

Going BR this morning.

Need to know on first section listing secured creditors, do I put my mortgage down even if we intend to keep the house and mortgage?

Hope someone can help this morning as there at 10.30!!

All done and dusted at court!! Weight lifted just worried about or interview and keeping house.

Well I got through eventually .my tummy was shaky and I felt tearful when I booked my appointment
I'm going in at 10.30 21ST Febuary.
I go to the counter, tell them why I'm here, the lady I spoke to speaks to me in a quiet room , and then I go to see a district judge? Who may or not grant it .
I'm coming out from a drug fuelled marriage which is where a lot of my debt came from , so I could pay household bills.
I'm scared that my husband who left 6 years gets to read in the papers and knows where I am, that's the reason I've delayed this as long as I have
So my future can only be brighter hopefully
