:staradmin Hi Everyone and Welcome to the February's 2013 Bankruptcy Club :staradmin

This club is for everyone who has gone or going through the process of Bankruptcy during February 2013. So please feel free to join and post.

Pop your name on here, the date that you went/are going Bankrupt. Then just keep everyone in the club updated throughout the next year about your BR journey. That way you can all stick together, compare notes and be there to support each other during the different stages of your Bankruptcies.

Remember this is your board so keep posting :hello:

Obviously anyone can come on here and post anything that will help and you are all welcome. Any important questions that need answering please still post them on the main board, as you will receive more advice and help.

Hello I'm calling the court for a date and time tomorrow
I feel absolutely jangled with nerves.
I've taken advice and my forms are all but complete
On 6.28 I think, there is a section where you put your name and addresses you have lived at however, there are lots of statements , that I think you delete which are not applicable is that correct ?

Well I got up today , looked extra smart for work , planning to call the court at my meal break and the day was manic so ... When I did get to calling them this afternoon , they had closed I will call tomorrow in my morning
, I've explained to my DD's and they understand , they are both adults, I'm not sleeping or really resting and I'm tidying up lie a mad thing .
I think it's just nerves.
I'm afraid of everything to do with BR from being turned down to speaking to the OR if it goes through .

And again today , dialled the numbe at 09.15 held for 15 mins had to go back to work !
Tried at dinner and held for 20 mins and again in afternoon break
Is someone up there giving me a message
So I'm trying again tomorrow .... Down but not out !

Hi WYDIT

You will get through eventually. I remember the nerves as this time last year I was waiting to go to court in Feb and also was clearing up and was manic to say the least. Once court date comes you will feel better and it really is not so bad. I dreaded OR interview but on reflection was okay and went well.

Just look forward to fresh start. I have not regretted going BR as was only option left for me, if anything I waited far to long to make the decision. Good luck
