I had a wooden one until last year, my mums are wooden and she has had them since we were small im 45 now :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:she uses them everyday
My Mum had a wooden one that you pulled up & fixed it, like a deck chair fixing (you know what I mean)
If you brushed past it the dammmmn thing would collapse in a concertined heap on the floor :mad: & extreme effort was required to try & pull it back up & fix it again....I do not miss it
