I would say dont buy to much right now.Once they start to find out what halls they are in they get to know each other on face book and who they will be living with ,and then someone will take a toaster and another the kettle etc. That is what my daughter did.hth

Evening all. I'm updating my Avs M post, with info. from today. I went to M supposedly just to check whether Monday's prices for M still applied. But I also ended up collecting a whole range of more items which only make updating the list next week even more difficult.

Just a couple of things - you know I'll go on now about far more than that!!:rotfl::rotfl:- to mention: the Herta Classic Frankfurters have increased in price at M since I last checked on Monday - so they are now off vs M. I have added some fresh veg items - healthy food, hurray!!:j - including Savoy Cabbage that has gone on offer today.

That's my ration over, so I'll have to use a new paragraph!! :rotfl: However, the offset to this veg. is that some of the Fab Bakin' Boys Muffins go back onto the list  - the sharp-eyed will have spotted that the 12 pack versions disappeared from the list on Monday, compared to last Wednesday. They had risen in price at M from £1.00 to £1.48. Now, today, they are back down to £1.00 in M, although, judging by weight, the 4 pack, that are 74p in M but more weight than the 12x minis, are cheaper, so I'll add them.:D

    The Wilkinson Sword women's razors 5pk Extra II Beauty Aloe Extra Grip:eek: are confirmed as £1.33 in M (remaining T v M, T £1.99 M £1.33).:)

I don't know whether it will be of any use - I've considered whether or not to do so - but I've decided that, while I'm updating my Avs M list (I am now adding a list to it for items that turn out cheapest in M - that is of A, T, W, S and M - that appear to be stocked by neither A nor T), other items are going on different comparisons that don't involve M, so - listen up NI folks too:j:j- I'll post during the evening (while updating my list) postings that relate to none of the stuff around them - but, just so I don't forget - and who knows what might come in useful to others - details of some of the items that appear best on other comps., doubtless what seems to be the best way to buy them and "save loads"!!:rotfl::rotfl: (Or if not "loads", at least not to make the worst purchasing decision.)

So, to start with, Zip Original Firelighters (30 pack is best): T £2.50 vs A £2.00. (This has taken into account M's prices, both on the 30 pack and the 15.)
