    Morning darlings!

mgamble, I'm sorry you're having troubles, just hang onto the fact that things will get better eventually. Ditto MarkZ.

I'm looking out for updates from Nikkilala and Snap-Ant, I hope all is well. (Loved the name doggylala, whoever coined that.)

Bubbs, good luck with your move!

And while I'm here, please can anyone recommend a really good floor mop? I desperately need one.

Wishing all a good day :)
    Hope is not a strategy.
  • Morning Luvlies, have a few days A/L to use up before end March, it's either use it or lose it so have a few nice long weekends and days off in the week to look forward to :D

Not sure it's been mentioned yet, there's a new 50p of WW moc over on the coupon thread - yes another .pdf moc! Expires end Feb. It's for 50p off the packs of yogurts, mousses and fromage frais. If you're sick of mullers :D, the packs are on offer in sada at £1 at the moment so will bring them down to 50p. Nice for a change and a bit easier to store in the fridge ;)

    Thanks to niptuckfan :T

Off to do a bit of tidying up now - out with DDs tonight to see Matilda in town, looking forward to it :D

    Good morning all

Day off today & the sun is shining :) blowing a gale but sunny :)

Going to take dd to morries today to use ellas coupons, look for soup & see if we can womble a till split ;)

It feels a bit odd that I have to travel to maybe bump into someone else from here. Sort of good as I have an area to myself ;) but sort of sad as I keep on seeing stories of meetings & I'm isolated - that sounds so weird now I've typed it!!!!

Anyone see that I actually gott a reply on the morries facebook page last night regarding coupon policies? They do :j and its in writing :j I'm keeping that page open today!x
:D Coupons = the only money we can legally print for ourselves:D

:j A coupon for a free item that is price glitched in Mr T's to be cheaper than Sada for an apg = HEAVEN :j

    :money: total = £47.48 cc = 413 selling stuff = £23.00 Floor pennies = £5.79

What a day yesterday, took 2hrs to get to hospital on the bus, saw the pastic trauma unit surgeon, he had big trouble realigning the bones, but after lots of pulling and tugging and sqeezing (and me nearly passing out) he managed to realign them, ive now got an even bigger cast with lots less movement, i will have to go back in 2 weeks for it to be looked at again, because if it hasnt set correctly i will have to be admitted for surgery...fingers crossed that they set ok..

then on the way home on the bus, the bus pulls into a bus stop and CRASHES into the bus shelter, pulling of part of the roof of the shelter and pulled the mirrors of the coach. we then had to wait for a replacement bus because it wasnt drivable.

    things can only get better.

ive had a quick scan read of yesterday....Hows alfie today

Oh mark, I hope your hand gets sorted this time. I'll cross my fingers for you seeing as you can't :p:D
Thanks Tiger, that'll save me a job today. I was just trying to figure out what to get now as we already have too many pancakes, muffins, jellies and custard pots and the kids won't need any small packs of sweets for months..:D:D
You are welcome SFSB :) results due back at 1241....

Thnaks coupon queen its not harsh at all, we have tried this he wot budge, he is nasty lad, dont know why as we have been very good parents, he is suposed to be going abroad to work and a couple of weeks and cant wait,he needs to grow up and see life for himself.
We have done our best to protect him and keep him out of trouble but soon we will have no choice as we have had enough.
For someone so young he is very very clever and devious and really controls us, sad insnt it.

Are drugs responsible for this behaviour ? I'm sure you have been good parents but these days there is so much peer pressure & ways to communicate instantly its impossible.

I hope when he has had to fend for himself etc he will grow up & you will get your son back

So sorry to hear this, it must be awful for you.

a neighbour of mine had the same problem, his son was out of control. he ended up ringing the police one night (he attacked dad) and he told the police that he no longer wanted him back. He still sees his son and apparently they do get on better apart.
  • PP's in from last night

    £2.84 from a bin dive :D

some ppl think the world ows them till they wake up and smell the coffie ,

when hes gone abroad change the locks and write a letter to him explaing things

(i think a letter might make him realise what hes doing as theres no chance for him to answere back with a nasty/ turn it around on you
    comment
when hes back give it to him and tell him its to try sort things out and you hope he can improve and if he culd write a letter back to try solve things

also tell him you are the PARENT he might be 18+ but he lives under ur roof so he needs to change ;)

i gather advice is easier to give than recive , and i dnt think yr sad just caring and loving to yr son, hope all works out soon for you ,
