  • im so sorry i wish i culd come help you,

the next bit is going to sound harsh but i think you might understand why i say it ,

you need to ask yr son to leave and fend for him self and u and o/h get on and see what you can salvage/sort out money wise/sanity

maybe when hes hit rock bottom he will he its hid fault and might change if not adleast hes not taking yr stuff if hes not at yr house

Easier said than done I am afraid. Having a child is a lifetime commitment and their behaviour has the ability to ruin their own lives and other peoples. I am quite sure that a major cause of marital breakups is down to the bad behaviour of grown up chilldren (shoot me if I am wrong).

Thnaks coupon queen its not harsh at all, we have tried this he wot budge, he is nasty lad, dont know why as we have been very good parents, he is suposed to be going abroad to work and a couple of weeks and cant wait,he needs to grow up and see life for himself.
We have done our best to protect him and keep him out of trouble but soon we will have no choice as we have had enough.
For someone so young he is very very clever and devious and really controls us, sad insnt it.

I've posted a few questions recently about phones/phone upgrades etc. Thanks for all of the replies.:)

GiffGaff was suggested as one of the possible places to look for a sim only deal so I had a look and was going to go for the £10 goodybag (250 mins, U/L Texts, IGb data) when I saw that Tesco mobile (also O2 like GiffGaff) currently offer a 1 month rolling contract for £10/mth giving 500 mins, ul texts and 1Gb data. I thought that was a good deal compared to GG. Am I missing something?

Edit ...and of course 3CC points/£1
    Awaiting a new sig

Morning all , windy and dull here today, hope your move goes well today bubbs.
Not much to say today, still down, i thought things were going to be on the up this year but son still behaving badley, oh had a car accident yesterday, not his fault he is ok thank god , 2 cars were racing and overtook a lorry and hit oh straight on van is aright off and we have no money to buy another, had to borrow 40.00 of mil to pay for rental van.
Why we have no money is another bad story to do with son but wont go into that today.
When will things improve. sorry for rant.:(

You need to speak to a solicitor- it may be the case that your car insurance covers a replacement van where this is clearly not your OH's fault. Your OH should go to see a doctor because the impact of that accident may be felt later.

He has been to the doctors as he was suffering last night from whiplash.
We have got a replacement van through the insurance atm but had to pay 40.00 to cover any accident, didnt have to but knowing our luck.
The only thing is when the insurace pay out our van was worth more to us than the money we will get to get another , this is normally the case the good guy loses out as always.

Don't accept the insurance company's first offer on the payout - do your own research on the value of the van and fight them....see what the price of a van with the same mileage and age as yours is on the internet etc and go back to insurance company and fight them. I assure you it could push the payout up by 2 or 3 thousand pounds. Please oh please see a solicitor that you both trust asap because this is a serious claim against the other party or parties. The solicitor will give a lot of time to this one.
