I picked up a click n collect this morning and as expected the points weren't showing. Phoned CS but they weren't budging despite my claims that it was confusing, but as I got the points when a put two in my basket I assumed it was legitimate. Technical error they said so cannot be added. Looks like a trip back to Tesco:cool:

I've been round the houses with this too. Got told today that promo points only get added at the end of the collection period. Told them that it meant it was too easy for them to forget by that time and could they not add the points now. Worth a try but answer was no but apparently they've noted this on my account and I'll get a call in 2 months to let me know if they've been added. So that's 24 hours, 48 hours and now 2 months that various people have told me it'll take. I know they're not going to go on and they're hoping I'll forget.

Apart from the jammy sod who got them added in store, has anyone else got these added and how please?

Has anyone else in Manchester just witnessed the Thundersnow? Apparently it's quite a rare phenomenon, but fantastic to watch

artha you still loading/unloading your whoopsies ? Monday night and all ;)

Unloaded them at about 8:30, had some tea and now I'm catching up:) Didn't take much unloading though as there was too much competition of the unsavoury type;). Had to make do with peaches, apples, oranges, bread, stir fry veg, 5 pots of mini melter cookies and 10 bunches of flowers. Might have to go again tommorrow to see if there is any chicken or fish and give the fruit/veg/flowers a rest:)

  • Evening all.

Just wanted to say hi to logie. you are amazing and coping so well. Hope you get time for doing things just for you occasionally that don't need energy.

Got 10 Mullers for 14p hope it's still going tomorrow when I can go back for more. but my apg breakdown says I got a limited edition Apple pie flavour which I didn't. Sounds like an interesting flavour!

Was going to do the dominoes deal but we ended up minding a stray dog for several hours that had been holding up traffic down a country lane. it jumped in our car when we opened the door and although clearly stressed and nervous she was really good natured. Stray dog service located her owners who came and collected her eventually. OH would love a dog but I'm not keen. He's been pining since she went!

I'm in the same position as you. I've got it in writing that I'll get them though, so will be keeping hold of that and my confirmation email and will be badgering them come near the end of the next collection period if they are still not showing.

Was going to do another order but don't think it's worth the hassle in all honesty. And I can't use the price porkie that it generated for another Click and Collect order. Well at least I can't work out how to anyways... I know it says hand over to delivery driver for a home delivery, but I don't want to be paying for that and I would imagine you would end up having to chase that as well!

That didn't really answer your question did it!? :o :rotfl:
